SERDANG, Aug 22 - The staff of Putra Science Park committed to practice recreation activity and sports every Wednesday from 5 to 6 pm in conjunction with the urge from Vice-Chancellor of UPM, Prof. Dato' Dr. Mohd Roslan on UPM 9th Aspiration. 

Director of Putra Science Park, Prof. Ir. Dr. Hj. Kamarul Arifin Ahmad said this proactive step taken is to ensure PSP staff remain healthy and fit in performing their duties and achieving KPIs towards the top 100 best universities in the world. 

The event is scheduled to be held every Wednesday, every week in line with sports activity organised by the UPM Sports Academy to inculcate a healthy and fit lifestyle.

In line with the UPM 9th Aspiration of the Enhancing Campus Wellbeing, every member of Putra Science Park needs to adopt a healthy and fit lifestyle. 

Apart from fostering healthy lifestyle practices, this activity is also seen to strengthen the relationship between the staff of Putra Science Park. 

In conclusion, the programme has achieved the objectives set and it is hoped to be continued following the overwhelming response from the staff.
