PSP systematically carries out financial obligation monitoring for every commercialization agreement, including the management of royalty payments and revenue distribution. This monitoring is essential to ensure that all contractual terms are complied with and that the flow of returns generated from commercialization activities is properly recorded and managed in a transparent and efficient manner.
Through this mechanism, the benefits of innovation are continuously returned to researchers and Universiti Putra Malaysia, while also providing value returns to industry partners involved.
