The proposed plan would inform the patient about his mental condition after going through the therapy using a personal intelligent communication system. Among these analogues, SRS28 was found to prevent melanoma migration, invasion, MMP levels, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in B16F10 cells. SRS28 was also found to decrease MITF expression. In vivo results also showed a decrease in tumor cell extravasation and metastasis in the lungs of mice subjected to SRS28 treatment followed by intravenous injection of B16F10 cells were observed. Therefore, these results indicated the potential of SRS28 in preventing melanoma metastasis and thus can be further evaluated to be used as an anti-metastatic drug. |
