STAGE 5: TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER & COMMERCIALISATION

PSP acts as the key bridge between researchers and industry through technology matching activities, pitching sessions, and strategic networking. When there is interest from industry, PSP manages negotiations and the preparation of commercialisation agreements such as technology licensing or joint development collaborations. After the technology is commercialised, PSP also monitors financial obligations, including royalty payments and revenue sharing, to ensure that the benefits of innovation are continuously returned to both researchers and the university. All these processes are coordinated by the Technology Transfer & Innovation Commercialisation Section, which is responsible for overseeing the entire commercialisation pipeline from technology matching to impact monitoring and innovation returns.
