A total of 17 members of Finnet Institute took part in the benchmarking visit to Putra Science Park, UPM on 11th January 2023. The delegates headed by Prof. Abraham K. Waithima were welcomed by the Assoc. Prof. Dr Wan Nurhayati and Ts. Dr. Saiful Hasley Ramli.
 
Finnet Institute is an independent financial network and trust company that offers governance consulting and training services by leveraging on pension expertise and other financial products such as insurance.
 
They offered strategic advice, deploying innovative proprietary technology and solutions that help customers improve performance, scale existing services and create sustainable value for stakeholders.
 
Finnet works at the intersection of financial services consulting and technology by combining deep experience and specialized skills across financial services sectors and all business functions.
 
The visit aimed to explore and benchmark opportunities in Malaysia that pension funds can leverage to accelerate investment, governance, and innovation to promote coverage and longevity of pension retirees.
 
 
This visit marks the second time Prof. Abraham K. Waithima here in PSP since his last visit is during 2019 as part of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) group.
